Description: This quilt started with the Winterberry Lane Panel by Terri Degenklob. I framed fussy cut sections of the coordinating fabric to make the seasonal sayings on the quilt. Presents, ornaments, candy caning and 56 Lemoyne stars added more interest before the final scalloped border. Truly "All is Merry and Bright".
